The ODR Regulation (Online Dispute Settlement Regulation) of the EU Commission provides for the establishment of an online dispute settlement platform at EU level. This so-called OS platform is intended to be the point of contact for consumers and entrepreneurs who want to settle disputes arising from online legal transactions out of court.

According to the Consumer Dispute Settlement Act (VSBG), we also have to inform you in accordance with § 36 Paragraph 1 VSBG to what extent we are willing or obliged to participate in dispute settlement proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. For this we inform:

If we are unable to settle a dispute arising from a consumer contract through negotiations with the customer, we will inform the customer in text form of a consumer arbitration board responsible for him after the dispute has arisen. This information cannot be given as a precautionary measure - it is given to each consumer if a dispute with them cannot be resolved.
